Pasolivo Roasted Mushrooms
No matter what the occasion, this recipe is not only delicious but easy to make as well!
- 2 lbs. fresh mushrooms of your choice
- 1/2 cup Pasolivo EVOO
- 4 tsp. Pasolivo Lavender Blend
- 2 tsp. Pasolivo California Balsamic
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove mushroom stems and cut caps into quarters. Mix olive oil, garlic, lavender blend, and mushrooms. Place in an ovenproof casserole dish and bake for approx. 30-40 minutes or until mushrooms have softened. Remove from heat and drizzle with California Balsamic Vinegar.
