Olive Oil Tastings that Create Lasting Memories:

Amazing little shop in Paso Robles! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We tried all their EVOO and we were blown away by the different flavor profiles of each varietal. We ended up buying an award winning Tuscan varietal because we couldn’t get enough of the peppery aftertaste!

Amazing experience! If you're looking to try something unique and special to the Central Coast you've got to try a tasting at Pasolivo. We learned a great deal about the process of olive oil and Pasolivo's award-winning status. We left with wonderful gifts for our family and everyday olive oil for ourselves. This is a Central Coast must and an experience you should not miss. #oliveoildream

Super sweet people, by far the best olive oil and vinegar in the world, and I will say that from experience. If you happen to be driving through that area, it is definitely worth a visit for olive oil tasting.
