Lemon Olive Oil

I may have said this in a previous review, I eat roasted vegetables every night, and I use your olive oil to coat them prior to roasting. Brussel sprouts, broccoli, carrots, and zucchini are my usual partners in crime.

I’ve never been much of a salad person—despite my mother constantly telling me to “eat more greens.” For years, salads were just something I ate out of obligation, not enjoyment. That all changed when I tried your lemon olive oil at my mother’s home.

The bright, fresh flavor transformed my salads completely. Suddenly, they weren’t bland or boring—they were something I actually looked forward to eating. On a trip to Paso Robles, I made a special stop at your store just to buy a bottle for myself.

This is my favorite Pasolivo oil. The flavor is bright. Mix with fresh lemon juice for a perfect lemon vinaigrette! I use it year-round and always get complements on my salads when I use it.

This is a must have in my pantry. Wonderful finishing oil on vegetables, and dressings. Great in lemon cookies

Amazing substitute for regular olive oil in any baking recipes that could benefit from a mild lemon flavor addition. Splash it on roast asparagus with some smoked salt & pepper. An excellent product.
