Our Chimichurri is inspired by the popular Argentinian condiment. In a pinch, it can be rehydrated with Raspberry Basil Vinegar and any EVOO to create a classic chimichurri, just let it steep for at least 30 minutes. Fresh cilantro is a nice touch if you have it. It can also be used as a rub with extra salt for any grilled meats.
