Central Coast Curry is a mild, sweet yellow curry blend with a California twist. Not only is it delicious used in traditional Indian yellow curry, it can also be utilized as a rub for BBQ chicken thighs. Use it to enhance a pot of saffron rice, or perhaps oven roasted carrots paired with Citrus Olive Oil.
