Why have ordinary chicken wings at your party or gathering, when you can make these extraordinary wings!
Ingredients
- 4 pounds Chicken Wings
- Blue Cheese Dip
- Crudités Glaze for Chicken:
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Pasolivo Sparkling Citrus Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Pasolivo Citrus Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Pasolivo Fiery Ale Mustard
- 2 teaspoons Pasolivo Smoky Spice Blend
- 3 teaspoons Pasolivo Ghost Pepper Salt or Pasolivo Sriracha Sea Salt or to taste Blue Cheese Dip:
- 1 tablespoon Pasolivo Fiery Ale Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Pasolivo Ghost Pepper Salt or Pasolivo Sriracha Salt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1-1/2 tablespoons Pasolivo Sparkling Citrus Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Pasolivo Citrus Olive Oil
- 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
Chicken Wing Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Prepare the glaze in a small-medium bowl, mix all ingredients with a fork until combined. Set aside.
- Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil then a layer of parchment paper, for easy clean up and a non-stick surface. Place chicken in center of tray, pour glaze on top and toss until coated. Spread out chicken in one even layer and bake in pre-heated 375ºF oven until chicken is brown and juices run clear, about 1 hour.
- Serve with blue cheese dip and crudités (A couple of handfuls of bite size celery sticks, carrot sticks or other vegetables such as cucumber, bell pepper, jicama, broccoli, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes.)
- In a medium bowl place Pasolivo Fiery Ale Mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Pasolivo Ghost Pepper Salt or Pasolivo Sriracha Salt, mayonnaise and sour cream and mix with a fork until smooth.
- Stir in vinegar and then oil until combined. Add blue cheese and parsley.
