Classic guacamole with a Pasolivo flare. Made with spicy Red Jalapeno Olive Oil and Kosher Flake Sea Salt.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ripe avocados, mashed
- 1 Tbsp. Pasolivo Red Jalapeno Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. minced red onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 3/4 tsp. Pasolivo Sriracha Sea Salt
- Add freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl
- Add additional Pasolivo Sriracha Sea Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- Add minced fresh jalapenos to desired heat level
