Full Product Description
This Artisan Biscotti is a perfect addition to a morning cup of tea or coffee.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Pasolivo Cucina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3/4 cup fine white sugar
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla paste, or vanilla zest of one lemon
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 and 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- Pinch of Pasolivo Pacific Blue Kosher Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Preparation
- In a small bowl, stir together the flour, salt, and baking soda. Set aside.
- Mix together, using a whisk, the olive oil, sugars, vanilla and lemon zest. Add the eggs and mix well. Add the milk, then the dry ingredients.
- Let the dough rest in the refrigerator overnight. Longer is fine.
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Roll the dough into small balls, flatten slightly and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
