Full Product Description
Nothing says Fall like a warm slice of homemade pumpkin bread. This pumpkin bread features Tangerine Olive Oil and Orange Blossom Honey for a fun tanginess, and the Sugar & Spice Blend for an added comforting warmth.
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt
- 1 tablespoon Pasolivo Sugar & Spice Blend
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Pasolivo Orange Blossom Honey
- 1/2 cup Pasolivo Tangerine Olive Oil
- 3 eggs
- 1-15 ounce can of pumpkin
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- 3/4 cup toasted chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Lightly oil a 9"x9" bread pan.
- Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, brown sugar, Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt, and Pasolivo Sugar & Spice Blend in a large bowl, set aside.
- In another bowl mix the remaining ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just mixed and, if desired, stir in walnuts. Pour into bread pan and bake 60-70 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out mostly dry.
