Ingredients
- 4 1/2 ounces white chocolate
- 3 1/2 ounces butter
- 10 ounces sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 ounces all purpose flour
- Pasolivo Lemon Olive Oil to taste
Preparation
- Over a double boiler melt the chocolate and butter together.
- Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Whisk in eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Stir in flour and mix thoroughly.
- Pour into a lightly greased pan. Bake at 375ºF for 30 minutes. Let cool and cut into desired sizes. Top with sliced strawberries and whipped cream. Drizzle with Pasolivo Lemon Olive Oil.
