A quick, simple appetizer that'll impress your guests a beautiful presentation served alongside fresh bread, worthy of any dinner party occasion.
Ingredients
- 1/2 C Orange Blossom Honey
- 1 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp. Sparkling Citrus Vinegar or Sweet Habanero Vinegar
- 1 1/2 C unsalted, softened butter
- 1 1/4 tsp. Roasted Garlic Sea Salt
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 Tbsp. minced thyme
- 1/2 C minced parsley, about 1 bunch
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1 Tbsp. chopped sun dried tomatoes
- 3 tbsp Pasolivo Basil Olive Oil
- 1/4 C Everything Nut Crumbs
- 1 serrano chili, thinly sliced
- 2 small radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. minced chives
- 10 small basil leaves
- Flakey salt, for garnish
Preparation
- Combine Orange Blossom Honey, red pepper flakes, and Sparkling Citrus Vinegar in a small saucepan over low heat. Simmer for 5 minutes, set aside to cool.
- Meanwhile, combine butter, Roasted Garlic Sea Salt, garlic, lemon zest, parsley and thyme. Set aside.
- Mix together sun-dried tomatoes and Basil Olive Oil, set aside.
- Spread the butter mixture onto your board. Sprinkle with Everything Nut Crumbs. Layer on radish and serranos, then drizzle with hot honey and the sun-dried tomato mixture.
- Garnish with basil, chives, and flakey salt. Serve with fresh bread. Enjoy!
