The combination of sweet and savory flavors makes this a perfectly balanced, refreshing and healthy salad.
Ingredients

Dressing
- 1/4 cup Pasolivo Lemon Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Blackberry Pickling Vinegar (from Pasolivo Pickled Blackberry recipe)
- 1/8 tsp. Pasolivo Lemon Salt Salad
- 5 oz mixed greens or baby lettuce mix
- 1/2 cup pickled blackberries (from Pasolivo Pickled Blackberry recipe)
- 5 figs, quartered
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Pasolivo Everything Nut Crumbs
- Optional: If you would like to add a protein, a Pasolivo Everything Nut Crumb Chicken Breast is excellent with this salad
Preparation
- Prepare dressing in small bowl or glass jar, and mix well
- Toss all salad ingredients in a medium bowl
- Add dressing to taste, and toss again
