A easy-to-make recipe with a lot of flavor. Featuring our two newest Pasolivo products - Garlic Olive Oil and Bourbon Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup.

Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Toss asparagus with 1 tablespoon Pasolivo Garlic Olive Oil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix remaining 2 tablespoons Pasolivo Garlic Olive Oil, Pasolivo Maple Syrup, and soy sauce.
  4. Set aside 3 tablespoons of this prepared marinade for use when serving.
  5. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and place salmon in the middle.
  6. Lay asparagus in a single layer on the sides of the salmon.
  7. Pour marinade over salmon.
  8. Sprinkle salmon and asparagus with Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt and freshly ground pepper.
  9. Bake approximately 20 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork.
  10. To serve: divide salmon and asparagus between plates, pour reserved marinade over salmon and add additional Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
