Classic peanut butter cookies made better with our Cucina Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Orange Blossom Honey, and Sugar and Spice Blend.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Pasolivo Cucina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Pasolivo Orange Blossom Honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, put the first 6 ingredients (olive oil through the egg), and blend well with a mixer.
- In a small bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Then stir into the wet ingredients until incorporated.
- Drop by tablespoon onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Then use a fork to gently press down.
- Bake 10-11 minutes until edges are lightly brown.
