This recipe was created using our brand new Garlic-Lemon Olive Oil, Spring Blend (Dill and Herb-based seasoning) and Greek Yogurt. If you are looking for a healthy dish, try our Spring Blend Yogurt Chicken Breasts recipe.
Ingredients
- Yogurt marinade and dipping sauce
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 3 tablespoons Pasolivo Garlic-Lemon Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Pasolivo Spring Blend
- 1/2 teaspoon Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use, 30 minutes if time allows.
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 3-4 teaspoons Pasolivo Spring Blend
- 1/2 teaspoon Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt
- Mix well and set aside until ready to use.
Preparation
- Take 3/4 cup of the yogurt marinade (save remaining for dipping) and spread evenly as possible on both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Dip both sides of chicken breast into the bread crumbs.
- Place on parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350ºF for 45-60 minutes or until chicken reaches 165ºF. Serve with the remaining dipping sauce.
