Caramelized Onion Olive Oil - 500 mL

To make this all-natural, gourmet olive oil, we caramelized 1,000 lbs of onions on-site and co-milled them with our estate-grown Tuscan olives. The result is a gorgeous harmony between the delicately sweet onion flavor and the bold, peppery intensity of Tuscan olives.

Use this olive oil for a light, simple pasta dish with parmesan and Pasolivo Truffle Salt, or perhaps a grilled cheese with sharp white cheddar and Pasolivo Hot Pepper Berry Bacon Jam.
