Pasolivo Garlic Olive Oil is milled on site by combining the first pressing of our estate olives with fresh garlic from Gilroy, California - The Garlic Capital of the World. All Pasolivo olives are handpicked and pressed within hours of harvesting to ensure the utmost flavor and the highest level of heart healthy, polyphenols. We store our olive oil in special stainless-steel tanks that remove the oxygen to stop oxidation and bottle in only small batches to ensure you are getting the freshest, healthiest olive oil possible. Garlic is also widely recognized for its health benefits including the ability to lower blood pressure, reduce bad cholesterol and improve the body's immune system.
