The Pasolivo version of an Aperol Spritz. It's light, summery, and easy to prepare in larger batches for hosting.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Orange Blossom Honey
- 1 ½ oz. Aperol
- ½ oz. Sweet Habanero Vinegar
- Prosecco
- Soda Water
- Orange slice, for garnish
Preparation
- Combine the Orange Blossom Honey and two tablespoons of water in a small bowl. Microwave for 10 seconds or less, just to melt the honey. Stir to dissolve.
- Combine a quarter ounce honey syrup, Aperol, and Habanero Vinegar in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
- Strain into a white wine glass with ice. Top with Prosecco and a splash of soda water.
- Garnish with an orange slice. Enjoy!
