Full of flavor, this Chopped Salad recipe was adapted from A Dash of Sanity and the dressing is created using Pasolivo products - our Rosemary Olive Oil, Orange Blossom Honey, and Pacific Blue Kosher Sea Salt.
Ingredients

Chopped Salad
- 2 cups grilled shrimp or chicken
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved or quartered
- 14-ounce can or jar, hearts of palm, drained and sliced thin
- 1 avocado, cut into bit size pieces
- 5 ounces arugula, chopped coarsely
- 1 shallot, chopped fine
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup garbanzo beans
- 6 slices bacon, fried crisp and chopped
- 3 tablespoons Pasolivo Rosemary Olive Oil
- 2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon Pasolivo Orange Blossom Honey
- 1/2-1 teaspoons Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt to taste
- Freshly ground pepper to taste

Toss all the dressing ingredients in a bowl, whisk and pour over salad, toss and serve.
