This Pasolivo Healthy One-Pot Meal is great for weekdays. This meal is easy to prepare, healthy, and simple. It can also be customized to your liking.
Ingredients
- Vegetables of your liking
- Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Filet of Fish or Chicken Breast
- Balsamic Vinegar or Lemon Juice
Preparation
- Saute vegetables in a large saute pan with a drizzle of Pasolivo Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Move them to a plate and add a little more olive oil and cook a filet of fish or chicken breast. Remove and deglaze the pan with a little balsamic vinegar or lemon juice for a healthy one-pot meal.
