Our Basil-Mango Daiquiri is the ultimate summer cocktail. Tropical and refreshing. This recipe is easy to make in bulk for a crowd€” however many batches you can fit in the blender!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups frozen mango chunks
- 6 oz. gold rum
- 3 Tbsp. Orange Blossom Honey
- ¼ tsp Kosher Flake Sea Salt
- 1 ½ oz. Raspberry Basil Vinegar
- 2 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 ½ cups ice
- 6 fresh basil leaves, plus more for garnish
- 4 Tbsp. Basil Olive Oil, divided
- 2 Tbsp. Sriracha Salt
Preparation
- In a blender, combine the mango, rum, Orange Blossom Honey, Kosher Flake Sea Salt, Raspberry Basil Vinegar, lime juice, ice, 6 basil leaves, and 2 tablespoons Basil Oil. Blend until smooth.
- Pour one tablespoon of Basil Olive Oil onto a small plate, and the Sriracha Salt onto another. Dip the rim of two glasses into the oil first, then the Sriracha Salt. Pour the daquiri evenly between the two glasses and garnish each drink with a drizzle of Basil Olive Oil and a small basil leaf. Cheers!
