Try this flavorful twist on an old fashioned featuring Pasolivo Tangerine Olive Oil.
Ingredients
- Sugar cube (or 1 bar spoon simple syrup)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitter
- 2 ounces rye or bourbon
- Pasolivo Tangerine Olive Oil
- Tangerine peel
Preparation
- Muddle a sugar cube, Angostura bitters or other bitter of choice & one spoon of water at the bottom of a chilled glass.
- If using simple syrup, combine bitters and one bar spoon of syrup
- Add rye or bourbon.
- Stir.
- Add ice and float of Pasolivo Tangerine Olive Oil.
- Garnish with tangerine peel.
