Take a sip of indulgent sweetness with a slight tart note with this Pomegranate Margarita. Pasolivo's Black Lava Sea Salt makes for a stunning and delicious salted rim.
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. (2 ounces) blanco tequila
- 2 Tbsp. (1 ounce) pomegranate juice
- 2 Tbsp. (1 ounce) Pasolivo Raspberry Basil Vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. (3/4 ounce) fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. (1/2 ounce) Pasolivo Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
- Ice
- Pasolivo Basil Olive Oil
- Pasolivo Black Lava Sea Salt
- 1 lemon peel twist, for garnish
Preparation
- Add tequila, pomegranate juice, fresh lemon juice, Pasolivo Raspberry Basil Vinegar, and Pasolivo Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously.
- Rim glass with Pasolivo Basil Olive Oil and Pasolivo Black Lava Sea Salt. Strain cocktail into glass, add a twist of lemon, and serve.
