Full Product Description
Fresh fruit and yogurt make this a delightful spring salad, or dessert.
Ingredients
- 3-4 cups Fresh Seasonal Fruits (Strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, mango, blueberries, raspberries, peaches, plums, melon, oranges, grapefruit, apples etc.) Mint or Basil, chiffonade (optional)
- 2 tablespoons Pasolivo Tangerine Olive Oil or Pasolivo Lime Olive Oil
- 8-12 ounces vanilla yogurt Pasolivo Kosher Flake Sea Salt for garnish
Preparation
- Peel, pit and wash fruit as necessary.
- Slice or dice fruit and toss very gently with mint and/or basil and Pasolivo Tangerine Olive Oil or Pasolivo Lime Olive Oil.
- Serve with a dollop of yogurt and a sprinkle of Pasolivo Pacific Blue Kosher Salt.
