Full Product Description
This sweet potato hummus is sweet, savory and creamy. It's easy to make and perfect for serving with carrots, cucumbers and chips.
Ingredients
- 1 large sweet potato, cooked and mashed
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained
- 1/2 cup of aquafaba reversed from chickpeas
- 1/4 cup tahini
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons Pasolivo Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 cloves garlic, roughly cut
- 1-1/2 teaspoons sea salt
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon Pasolivo Garlic-Lemon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons of crispy fried onions, crumbled
Preparation
- Add all ingredients except Pasolivo Garlic-Lemon Olive Oil and onions to food processor
- Purée until smooth
- Drizzle with Pasolivo Garlic-Lemon Olive Oil
- Sprinkle with onions
- Serve with sliced veggies or crackers
