Creating the mood is the first and arguably most important part of hosting a dinner for your valentine. Here's some tips for establishing the Italian dinner party vibe: No overhead lighting– stick to candles and lamps. You want to create a soft, ambient glow. These mini candles fit perfectly on the dinner table, and add a layer of warmth to the scene. Lemon Madeleines | Bebe Black Carminito
This recipe was submitted by one of our brand ambassadors, Bebe Black Carminito. You can find her work at Champagne and Cookies. Connect with her on Instagram and Facebook. Ingredients 1/2 c All-Purpose Flour 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 tsp Pasolivo Pacific Blue Kosher Sea Salt 2 Eggs at Room Temperature 1/4 c Sugar 5 T Melted and Cooled butter (extra butter to grease pan) 2 tsp Brown Sugar 1 1/4 tsp Pasolivo Orange Blossom Honey 1/2 teaspoon Pasolivo Lemon Olive Oil Zest from 1 Lemon Powdered Sugar to decorate Directions In a medium sized bowl whisk flour/ Baking Powder and Salt - Set Aside Whisk the Eggs and granulated Sugar in electric stand mixer. Mix on medium-high speed for 1 - 2 minutes. For 2 more minutes whisk on high and until the pale & doubles in volume approximately for 4 minutes. Melt Butter with Brown Sugar, Honey and Lemon Olive Oil in a small saucepan over medium till Sugar is dissolved and is homogeneous then remove from heat. Add warmed Butter mixture into batter then fold in dry ingredients in two batches into batter until everything is completely blended. Cover Batter with plastic wrap and and refrigerate overnight. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Brush the Madeleine pan with butter. Freeze the pan to harden the butter. Pipe or spoon the batter into the Madeleine molds. Bake 8-9 minutes... After 5 minutes remove Madeleines from the pan and cool completely on a cooling rack. Decorate with powdered sugar Madeleines are best the day they are baked, but can be stored in a covered container for up to 1 day.

With Easter quickly approaching, we want to make your menu as simple and healthy as possible. Setting aside just a few hours, you can enjoy some of your favorite Pasolivo products in these delicious Easter recipes. Yogurt and Citrus Olive Oil Chicken Yogurt and Citrus Olive Oil Chicken with Roasted Potatoes The Yogurt and Citrus Olive Oil Chicken is a healthy option with a sweetness that is delivered through the lemon juice, yogurt, and the Pasolivo Citrus Olive Oil. In a medium bowl, mix together the following: ½ cup nonfat Greek style yogurt, four cloves garlic (crushed), one tablespoon fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper, and two tablespoons Pasolivo Citrus Olive Oil. Add four chicken cutlets to the mix and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to two hours. Heat one tablespoon of Pasolivo Citrus Oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Wipe the excess marinade off of the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through (about four minutes per side). Alternately, you can grill them as well. Egg, Asparagus, and Cheese Frittata The Egg, Asparagus, and Cheese Frittata is a healthy addition to an Easter meal. Taking less than an hour to make, this Frittata will be one that guests will be talking about for days to come. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sauté or roast asparagus in two tablespoons of Pasolivo Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) until tender. In a mixing bowl, combine 18 large eggs, one to two teaspoons of Pasolivo Truffle Sea Salt and pepper to taste. Mix with a fork until combined. Add one large bunch of Asparagus (tough ends snapped off and cut into one to two inch pieces) and eight ounces of feta or goat cheese crumbles to mixture and mix until combined. Brush...
